Amy Ulmer

Architectural Designer

“Strength, grace and respect are all characteristics that do not demand perfection, rather they demand mindfulness.” — Amy Ulmer

Striving for and arriving at a unique response to the fundamental need of shelter is what drew Amy Ulmer to architecture. Amy helps Sanders Architecture elevate everyday experiences by coordinating the details within the design. In so doing, she creates a richer experience for everyone who interacts with the space.

Amy holds a Masters in Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a LEED Green Associate and an associate member of the American Institute of Architects. Before joining Sanders Architecture, Amy was an architectural intern at Anthony Alofsin, Architect.

A Jacksonville, Texas native, one of Amy’s favorite Austin landmarks is Barton Springs—an enchanting oasis of nature tucked within the city.
